Depression is a matter of genes.

It is a common belief (I believe that in part resulting from any scientific study particular) that depression is a matter of genes. Well, small-scale is easy to check, and if I thought several of the people I know with a tendency to depression has at least one of their parents with ease to depress.
But no, things do not work of all together. Apparently the depression is not a question of genes, and it relates more directly with the style of life that we and the situations of pressure and demand that the life imposes on us, as have found a group of researchers from the National Institute of Mental Health of the United States.

Combat depression with exercise
